These Terms govern use of StudyITI, an education and institute-management service operated by Indrashikha Education (“StudyITI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use StudyITI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
StudyITI is intended for ITI students, instructors and institute staff and is not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18, use StudyITI only with permission from a parent, guardian or your institute. Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate account information.
2. Acceptable use and uploaded content
You may upload only content that you are authorised to use and share. You must not upload, publish or use StudyITI to distribute content that is:
- illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive or harassing;
- hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative or dangerous;
- malware, spam, instructions for wrongdoing or content that compromises privacy;
- copyright-infringing or otherwise violates another person’s rights; or
- unrelated to legitimate education, training or institute administration.
Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal data, interfere with the service or evade a restriction placed on your account.
3. Moderation and reporting
StudyITI may review reports, remove or restrict content, suspend accounts and preserve information when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or comply with law. Signed-in users can report objectionable content or users from Profile → Report Content or a User. Reports are reviewed by the StudyITI safety team. Administrators can remove institute content and restrict institute users.
4. Education content and AI-assisted quizzes
Practice questions, generated quizzes and other education material are study aids, not official examination advice. Instructors must review AI-assisted questions before publication. StudyITI does not guarantee that material is complete, error-free or accepted by any SCVT, NCVT, DGT or institute.
5. Payments
The StudyITI website may separately support authorised institute-service payments through Razorpay. Those transactions are governed by the terms shown at checkout and Razorpay’s terms. Recording an offline institute fee in StudyITI is administrative record-keeping and does not itself process a payment.
6. Intellectual property
StudyITI and its original interface, branding and official content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you upload and grant StudyITI a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to operate the service for you and authorised institute users.
7. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account from the in-app Profile screen or through our account deletion page. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially or repeatedly violate these Terms.
8. Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, StudyITI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service interruptions, user-uploaded content or reliance on practice material. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will show a revised effective date. Material changes may require renewed in-app acceptance.
